What Can I order?
- You can order all products which are normally available down at the Woodhouse, although due to the current situation, all products will be subject to availability.

When do you deliver?
- We will be operating every week Tuesday through to Saturday. (No delivery Sunday & Monday) No time slots can be provided at this stage, but keep checking our Facebook page for more information.
Where do you deliver?
- Our aim is to deliver to the village of Kippen and surrounding villages.
Is there a charge for delivery?
- Delivery within the village of Kippen is FREE
- Outside of Kippen is a flat rate of £2
- Orders over £20 FREE
When placing my order, what information do you need?
Along with your order details, we also will need the following:

What is your designated drop off point?
- To reduce to risk of contact, we will deliver your order to your designated drop off point. For example, we can leave your order in a bag or box placed at your back door, a shed, garage, porch etc.
How do I pay?
- We can accept payment over the phone when placing your order, alternatively we are happy to place our invoice with your order which will provide details on how to pay via BACS.

How much notice do you need?
- Ideally we rerquire 48hrs notice, but we will do all we can to get your order to you asap.

How long should I cook my Ready Meals for?
- Directions for reheating your chilled food
Spring Rolls - Oven 180 degree for 4-5 mins from chill, 10-12 mins from freezer

Fish Cake - Shallow fried medium high heat for 30 sec -1 min from the chill. 1-2 mins from freezer or oven reheat 8 - 10min 180 Degrees

Chicken Satay - Oven 180 degrees for 3-4 mins from chill, 8-10 mins from freezer
​
Curry - Cooker or microwave 2 -3 mins from chill, 10-12 mins from freezer
​
Mains - Lasagne, cottage pie, braised beef & dumplings, Italian style meatballs, butter chicken, roast gnocchi
​
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Remove cling film packaging. Place on a baking tray and reheat
​
for small portion (approx 400 / 500g) - 20 mins ensuring the food is piping hot (internal temp 82degrees)
for large portion (approx 1kg) - 30 mins ensuring the food is piping hot (internal temp 82degrees)
DO NOT REHEAT FOOD MORE THAN ONCE
